Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor known for playing a wide range of roles in films TV, theatre and film. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953 was an American actor from America. She is famous for her character as Lieutenant Sheba in the television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979).
